- Education. None required
- Experience. Home cooking.
- Skills. Food preparation;
- Physical. Stand all day;
use equipment.
- Mental. Good memory. Licenses.
AS REQUIRED BY HEALTH DEPARTMENT
REPORTS TO: Kitchen Production Manager
TASK AND DUTIES.
- Prepare and wrap
sandwiches.
- Pull meat for next day's
use.
- Take inventory for kitchen.
- Daily/weekly cleaning of
kitchen.
- Maintain health dept. rules
in kitchen and personal hygiene standards of
self.
- Maintain quality standards
of food production on a daily basis.
- Monitor correct use of measures
and adherence to portion control standards
- Labels.
- Wash dishes/ pots &
pans.
- This is a fast past environment
and worker must be able to work under deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned.
