TASK AND DUTIES LIST
PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS.

  • Education. None required
  • Experience. Home cooking.
  • Skills. Food preparation;
  • Physical. Stand all day; use equipment.
  • Mental. Good memory. Licenses. AS REQUIRED BY HEALTH DEPARTMENT

    REPORTS TO: Kitchen Production Manager

TASK AND DUTIES.

  1. Prepare and wrap sandwiches.
  2. Pull meat for next day's use.
  3. Take inventory for kitchen.
  4. Daily/weekly cleaning of kitchen.
  5. Maintain health dept. rules in kitchen and personal hygiene standards of self.
  6. Maintain quality standards of food production on a daily basis.
  7. Monitor correct use of measures and adherence to portion control standards
  8. Labels.
  9. Wash dishes/ pots & pans.
  10. This is a fast past environment and worker must be able to work under deadlines.
  11. Other duties as assigned.
