TASKS AND DUTIES
Figure time
cards weekly, set up new cards.
Maintain employee
personnel files.
Record daily sales
and sales tax payables.
Pending purchase
orders on all orders placed and Purchase orders:
enter in computer, secure PO number, call in
orders.
Answer phone,
take messages, and Assist in radio communications.
Maintain customer
and vendor files on MYOB system.
Review sales discrepancies
with driver in following A.M. before driver
departs on route. Document each situation appropriately
in personnel file.
Determine weekly
gross profit of each truck route. Total the
daily usage reports of driver over the week
to determine total quantity of each item sold.
With aid of computer, value out the food and
packaging cost of each item and determine the
gross profit of each product and for the truck
for the week.
Compute weekly
report for president by end of day Monday, by
truck: sales, cash turned in, over (short),
gross profit dollars and percent.
All invoices and
bills and checks issued on time using MYOB To
Do List and all Recurring Functions.
Keep all MYOB
checkbooks balanced daily.
Keep MYOB Optimization
and Verify Data current as scheduled.
Make sure all
terms are correct on Vendors and all Invoices.
All monthly taxes
paid by end of Month.
All tax reports
completed and accurate on time.
Payroll &
Payroll Taxes.
Keep Interest
and Principal Payments correct and current for
all loans, if any.
Full utilization
of YES database program for route balancing.
Run all order
sheets.
Clean office weekly.
Sweep and dust.
Be available for
emergency spare driving.
This is a small
operation and help may be needed in many different
areas on emergency situations. This position
would be available for this.
