REQUIREMENTS:
Education. High
School Diploma
Experience. Basic
computer with word processing, accounting.
Skills. Must be
able to understand and use search commands for
Windows Operating System, must understand Windows
Operating System , must be able to search in
any program used in duties. Math, accuracy in
counting money & making change, organizational,
quick addition, good communications. Self directed.
Fast learner. Experience in Microsoft Professional
Office helpful.
Physical. Able
to move fast and act on assigned duties.
Mental. Must be
alert and rested at all times. Organizational
with ability to jump from task to task and back,
personable, can handle typical stress from deadlines
etc.

REPORTS TO: President
TASKS AND DUTIES
Help maintain
employee personnel files.
Help document
each situation appropriately in personnel file.
Answer phone,
take messages, and Assist in radio communications.
Maintain customer
and vendor files on MYOB system.
Research problems
with vendor invoicing.
Knowledge of YES
database program for route balancing.
Be available for
emergency spare driving.
This is a small
operation and help may be needed in many different
areas on emergency situations. This position
would be available for this.
