TASK AND DUTIES:
Scrap and shrinkage
control.
Accurate and timely
ordering of all warehouse items.
Stock rotation of
all warehouse items.
Shipping and receiving.
Time management.
Temperature control
on shipping and receiving.
Keep food runner
truck clean inside and out.
Full product and
ordering knowledge.
Order adjustments
as needed.
Some a.m. kitchen
duties.
Food Distribution..
Deliver to routes
emergency food. Coordinate with Kitchen Production
Manager. Elkhart delivery not to exceed one
hour away from commissary.
*Pull milk for routes.
*Collection of all
money from lessee's, daily. No charging allowed.
Lessee will deposit money into YES account and
show proof of deposit.
* Pull warehouses
orders for routes/or check out carts and collect
money due.
Keep entire warehouse
and garage clean, straightened, including washing
and sweeping floors daily.
Inventory.
Daily closing commissary
when assigned. Openings when assigned.
Errands as assigned.
Shovel ice down so
machine will keep running in summer on the weekends.
Shutting machine on and off in winter so it
will not make too much ice.
Check refrigerators,
lights, ice machine, etc. Prior to closing.
When assigned to close.
Category management
of all warehouses items.
Make sure all products
have correct bar codes in MYOB accounting program..
Set wholesale and
retail prices according to management specifications.
