1991—
YES was established February 18,1991 by
Yvonne E. Schwartz, President, and Daniel
D. Schwartz, Secretary. The company started
with 13 accounts and one cold catering truck
route.
1992—The
second sales route was added We now boast
150 accounts, and a new facility designed
specifically for YES, by its President.
1992—
Purchased
land in Maple City Industrial Park for planned
new facility

Broke ground
for new facility in Maple City Industrial
Park
1997—New
facility was ready by November 1997. Rapid
expansion caused YES to outgrow it's new
facility within a few months. The facility
has been added on to 3 times in 1997. Purchased
Soard's Catering Oseola, IN. Added semi
trailer size refrigeration. Added high capacity
ice production for cold catering trucks.
