YES Mobile Catering
was established February 18, 1991 by Yvonne E.
Schwartz, President, and Daniel D. Schwartz, Secretary.
The company started with 13 accounts its very
first day in business. For one and a half years,
YES operated one industrial cold catering truck
route before adding a second. "Mobile Industrial
Catering" businesses service industry, construction
sites, movie sets, street corners, special events
and many other places that do not have kitchens
on site to serve food.
Originally, Schwartz worked out of her kitchen,
but moved to the present location in November
1997. Rapid expansion has caused them to expand
three-times since.
Today, the company
boasts eight sales routes. The smallest year of
sales growth was a 48% increase. YES provides
breakfast and lunch to over 160 factories. The
food is prepared fresh each day. They offer five
to seven different breakfasts and 18 different
lunches from which to choose. They also offer
a free birthday breakfast to all of their customers.
YES offers the largest variety in Elkhart County.
