Robert Kalkan, President of the Mobile Industrial Caterers Association-International presented YVONNE E. SCHWARTZ, President of Yes Mobile Catering, Inc., with best dessert/pastry award for their homemade banana nut bread. The award was presented at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Columbus, Ohio on September 6, 1997 during the Awards Banquet.
Members from all over the world, including Australia and Canada participate in the Annual Display.
Mobile Industrial Caterers Association-International Trade Show and Conference
The trades show and conference was September 3-7, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel Columbus, Ohio.

1. The trade show included manufacturers and distributors of: catering, truck boxes, packaging, labeling, food, drinks, snack, ice machines, and computer software.
   
2. The conference topics included: "Keeping an Eye On Cost", " Growing Your Business", "The Computer Age",
   
3. Robert L Johnson, President and Chairman of the Board, Johnson's Industrial Caterers, Inc. hosted the "Catering House Tour" Mr. Johnson opened the doors to caterers from all over the world to show both operations located in Columbus and Dayton, Ohio. The tour was the highlight of the entire program, as Johnson's is the third oldest mobile catering business in the U.S. Johnson services 70 independent operators. The kitchen produces approximately 25,000 sandwiches, salads and entrees a day.
